glad we had super clean bedroom and easy check-out, the stay was fine overall. staff was excellent and extremely friendly as always. its bathroom was spacious. it was facing river.

Appreciated the easy check-in too. Staff was accommodating and lovely despite our late arrival. Location was great and amazing, so close to night market, all the attractions and a massive choice of restaurants and street food, and plenty restaurants downstairs/behind the building.

Our stay in Malacca was great, being close to Stadthuys, restaurants, street food, and main historical sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location right beside the Melaka river made it very comfortable.

Location to see it was in front of river. The staff was affable and accommodating throughout the stay, nothing too much trouble.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Haven Inn. The experience was memorable. The price of our accommodation was decent, which was important for us.- The location of the inn was marvelous, and it was situated next to many attractions, including a captivating museum we wanted to visit. there were eateries and restaurants nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was newly renovated and spotlessly clean. It even had a window, offering a nice view of the city. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood right beside the Melaka river, making it a peaceful retreat. Yet, it is just a five-minute stroll along the river to the main area of town, where all the historical sites are located. The staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and convenient location to the main city center made my stay enjoyable.

Convenient location near Bandar Hilir and Jonker Walk. Quiet residential area with minimal traffic. Adequate room with air conditioning and amenities like water dispenser and washing machine. Friendly staff and clean property.
